Once of the best headsets I've ever used. I used this headset for all my zoom and Microsoft team meetings and the sound quality is super crisp. No lags, delays, or echoes. It is super convenient and feels like you're not wearing anything. I will highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to use it for professional uses.

Got these for my work from home job, very good for taking calls! The mic does occasionally pick up the sound of my cat meowing in the background- but the sound is good and I love the one ear design!

Buzzes and echoes so much for noise cancellation

These headphones work perfectly! They are so soft and comfortable to wear. They are noise cancelling and keep out noises from my environment. I work from home so I am glad to find some wonderful new headphones that I forget I am wearing. I also love that they are can work for either ear and adjust easily. They also came with an extra foam piece in case something happens to the first one (the one on the side that isn't the headphone). I would recommend these to anyone!

This headset was exactly what I needed when I took a job that involved a ton of phone time and TEAMS conferences. Plays well with my computer and has adjustable volume, mute, headband, and mic boom so it has everything you need to get the quality that you want. The unit is comfortable to wear, so you will not find yourself moving it around or taking it off for a break. Overall, very pleased with the overall construction, features, and comfort.

I was in need of a mono headset for W@H as my current more expensive headset was squishing my brain. After reading the reviews and then seeing the awesome price, I figured why not take the jump. I'm so happy I did! The nose canceling is great, the headband is comfy, the sound quality is stellar. Totally works with my additional noise cancelling software, which other name brand ones didn't.Only slightly minor downfall is the ear cushion is a bit tight on my ear but I foresee with more use, it'll soften up.At this price and quality, I'm buying another as backup because I like it so much.

The sound quality is really good and I like that only one ear is covered so I can still keep an ear on the kids!

Been using the headset for a while now, works well with my HP hub/doc and TEAMS, headset is comfy, and recommend.

The headset has nice design and sound quality; however, the fit across the top of head feels loose. I connected the headset to my Win10 PC via USB and the mute and volume buttons on the switch work to control those functions on my device. I have predominantly used this headset for daily Teams meetings and thus far have not experienced any issues. Instructions are included; however, I found that I didn't need them since the headset was plug and play.

I received the item but way to heavy and the ear piece is bulky

I work from home and do most of my calls through various cloud based meeting services, using my device's integrated audio and video without a headset. However, I have found an increasing need to have a peripheral headphones and microphone for the purpose of ambient noise cancellation.I use this headset with the 3.5mm audio jack, as I have other USB devices plugged into the ports on the laptop I use. However, I have tested the headset with both the 3.5mm cable and the USB-a connection to ensure the quality of this device. There is a USB-A to USB-C adapter for anybody who will need to connect via USB-C.Regardless of the connection, the sound quality is the same. I like the USB connection because it does have controls for the volume, muting the ear piece, and muting the microphone. These all work great. I wish the USB cord was easier for me to use without having to unplug other devices or add an external USB hub to increase the number of ports I have at my disposal (My problem and not that of the hardware we are talking about). The 3.5mm cable does not have these controls so when using it, you will have to adjust the volume and microphone settings on the computer itself.The sound quality is pretty good. It's not high end. The higher or the lower the volume, the more sound distortion I get. Overall, sound does seem slightly muffled to me, again, a person who normally does not use a headset, but I believe that this is more the extraneous noise cancellation than the quality of the sound it produces. I have been using it all morning and it is really the most noticeable when I don't have somebody talking in my ear. (Please note, I do not see in the product description anything about noise cancellation with the earpiece. The product description talks about the noise cancelling mic.)The microphone is pretty good. Physically, it is not intrusive in the line of site and I like that I can move it around for the best position for me. None of my call companions hav.

I use headsets to work from home so this works as a perfect replacement for the price. I like the material quality on the ear pad and the head pad and also has the option between aux cable and usb c which is what I needed.

My son is always going through gaming head sets as we have tried multiple brands and types. We wanted to find one that has clear audio, durable and doesn't break the bank. We were very surprised when we started using this one as the noise canceling quality is outstanding! The mic is very clear and doesn't distort. For $20 this is the best value for a USB headset that you can find!

I like a good, wired headset to use with my cell phone when sitting at my desk. I also use a headset for conference calls on my PC and sometimes when I am using Dragon software. This very inexpensive USB headset works very well in all of these situations. The call quality is outstanding, the mic is very sensitive and the noise canceling is working well. It works with a 3.5mm audio jack, USB and USB-C. The controls are simple to use and control the volume, mute the mic and silence the headphone. I also like the blue/red indicator for mic status so I can be sure when I am muted. Finally, the headset is fairly light and comfortable to wear. The only knock I can give the unit is that my ear does get a little warm, like wearing an earmuff. But I'm not complaining in these winter months. Overall, this is a very affordable, very versatile and highly functional headset good for use in many different circumstances.

Noise cancellation is ok. Should work well in room without a lot of background noise but in a room with say a tv on then it would work but not as well as others noise cancellation headphones. Sound quality is very good for talking but for listening to music I would suggest other headphones designed for that purpose as these are not really meant to be used in that fashion but they will work fairly well. Overall I think these will work great for zoom or other video chat sessions and for making calls on your phone or tablet.

I normally use 2 ear noise cancelling headsets, but they squeeze my head and make my ears sweaty after a while. This headset does not do any of that. Super comfortable to wear, and the voice quality is very good. On discord I am heard and can hear while still playing my music or TV in the background. I 100% recommend this and am actually going to get another as a back up in case something happens to this one.

This unit fits well in the class of low-cost headsets. There's nothing spectacular that stands out about it, but it has no major shortcomings either. The sound for the recipient on the far end can at times be a bit tinny, but not annoying. This will never compare to a professional brand name headset that costs hundreds of dollars, but if you need something for teleworking from home, and that occasional Web conference, this just might work out okay for you. Remember you are getting what you pay for, and do not try and compare this to a high quality, high dollar, brand name unit.
