New Bee is committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience. The
following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping on orders of $49 or more.
- For orders under $49, a flat shipping fee of $7 will be applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional transit time. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your
order, we will notify you by email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact us at support@anewbee.com
Shipping Carriers
Our primary shipping partners are United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
You may contact USPS or FedEx directly for additional shipping information.

Shipping Information Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete.
New Bee is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, including lost packages, delivery delays, or failed deliveries.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact New Bee Support at support@anewbee.com
within 7 business days of delivery.
While New Bee is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by shipping carriers, we will assist you in contacting the carrier when needed.
Please retain all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required for carrier claims.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
In rare cases, international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not common and are applied at random.
If such fees occur, they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
New Bee has no control over these charges and cannot predict when or if they will be applied.
