We hope you love what you ordered! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we’ve made

our return process as simple as possible.

Please note that manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than anewbee.com may

offer their own policies. Please contact them directly for more information.

Return and refund policies may vary depending on local laws and regulations.

 

Order Cancellation

Customers may request a full refund within 12 hours of placing an order on anewbee.com.

If a refund is requested after 12 hours but before the order has shipped, a 6% transaction

fee will be deducted.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or after 30 days from the

shipping date.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

All return requests are subject to approval. Before approving a return, we will review the condition of the product.

Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging, with all accessories included, and in resalable condition.

If the product has been used, shows signs of wear, damage, or any missing components, the return request will be declined.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

For quality-related issues, we will offer a full refund or one free replacement within 30 days of receipt.

 

Shipped Orders & Refused Deliveries

If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please first receive the package. Then contact NewBee Customer Support at support@anewbee.com
 for return instructions.

Please note that if you refuse delivery, we will deduct double the shipping cost from your original payment.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 6% transaction fee.

 and provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to properly package and return the product. Please ensure that all components, accessories, and original packaging are included.

 

Refunds

After the returned item is received and passes our inspection, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Once the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
